Bangladesh Chhatra League has expelled its five female leaders who were found involved in the torture and humiliation of a first-year student of Islamic University, Kushtia.

BCL general secretary Sheikh Wali Asif Inan confirmed the matter on Wednesday (March 1).
The five students are – Islamic University, Kushtia unit Chhatra League vice president Sanjida Chowdhury Antora, activists Tabassum Islam, Israt Zahan Mim, Halima Khatun Urmi and Muabia Zahan.
