Staff Reporter , October 22, 2025:
The Non-Government Teachers’ Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) has published new e-registration guidelines for private educational institutions.
The directive, issued on Wednesday (October 22), mandates that all institutions must complete new registration or update existing profiles within the specified time frame.
E-Requisition Now Mandatory
According to the circular, no institution will be allowed to submit e-requisition or request teacher appointments without completing e-registration.
Recruitment recommendations will be made strictly from the list of registered candidates based on merit and preference.
NTRCA has clarified that no offline, email, or hard copy submissions will be accepted — all procedures must be completed through the designated online platform.

Eligibility and Process
Institutions must possess a valid EIIN number, academic approval, and MPO status to apply.
For first-time registration, heads of institutions must apply through the Upazila Secondary Education Officer (USEO), who will verify institutional credentials.
Upon verification, the institution’s head will receive a user ID and password via SMS from Teletalk to log in and complete the profile update with necessary details, including MPO status, chairman’s information, NID, and digital signature.
Registration Period
The e-registration process will remain open from October 23 to November 5, 2025.
Detailed information is available under the “E-Registration Guidelines” section on the NTRCA website.
The authority emphasized that institutions failing to complete e-registration within the deadline will not be considered for teacher recruitment.
