The government has reappointed Abu Hena Md Rahmatul Muneem as chairman of the National Board of Revenue.
He was reappointed for two more years on a contractual basis, the Public Administration Ministry said in a notification on Wednesday.
The period of his reappointment will come into effect from January 6 in continuation of the previous contract and on the same conditions.
Earlier on January 6, 2020, Rahmatul Muneem, former senior secretary of the Energy and Mineral Resources Division, was made the chairman of NBR.
