Results of the Secondary School Certificate or SSC and equivalent exams will be published on May 6.
Inter-Education Board Coordination Sub-Committee President Prof Muhammad Ziaul Haq said the chiefs of the educational boards would hand the results to Education Minister Dipu Moni.
Generally, the education minister briefs the media about different sides of the results at the Secretariat after handing those to the prime minister, but this is not happening this time as Sheikh Hasina is in London.
Over 2.1 million students registered for this year’s SSC and equivalent exams held in February and March.
